A cylinder inspired by Airsal's powerful 88cc - the Airsal 77cc Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" MBK Nitro / Aerox (Minarelli horizontal LC, 12mm).
The kit includes:
- 77cc Aluminium Cylinder (d=50mm) with 7 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port
- One-Ring Piston (12mm pin / d=50mm (Vertex)
- High-Compression Monobloc Cylinder Head
- Gasket Kit for mounting and for adjusting squish
With its 77cc, the "Xtreme" is quite powerful and has a lot of torque. Falling into the "Hyper Racing" category, the value for money is pretty amazing as it is possible, with the right components, to get up to 20hp out of it! As it has very long port timings and considerable volume, we recommend a very large carburetor (28-30mm) so you can unlock its full potential.
Note: You will have to work on your crankcase to make room for the cylinder base (d=55mm).
