Another great product from Airsal's "Xtreme"series, here at Maxiscoot - the Airsal 80cc Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" (45mm stroke) MBK Nitro / Aerox (Minarelli horizontal LC), 12mm.
The kit includes:
- 80cc Aluminium Cylinder, d=47.6mm / stroke=45mm, with 7 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port
- One-Ring Piston, 12mm pin / d=47.6mm
- High-Compression Monobloc Cylinder Head
- Gasket Kit for mounting and for adjusting squish
With 80cc, the "Xtreme" is quite powerful and has a lot of torque. Falling into the "Hyper Racing" category, the value for money is pretty amazing as it is possible, with the right components, to get up to 20/21hp out of it! As it has very long port timings and considerable volume, we recommend a very large carburetor (28-30mm) so you can unlock its full potential.
Note: you will have to use an "Xtreme" crankshaft (45mm stroke / 85mm conrod) with this Airsal "Xtreme" cylinder kit; moreover you'll have to mill the crankcase to fit the 45mm crankshaft "Xtreme" and also the cylinder base (d=55mm).
