Airsal Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" 88cc stroke=45mm Yamaha Aerox / MBK Nitro

Maxiscoot with the most powerful Airsal cylinder: the Airsal 88cc Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" (45mm stroke) MBK Nitro / Aerox (Minarelli horizontal LC(45mm stroke, 85mm connecting rod and 12mm piston pin.

The kit includes:
- 88cc Aluminium Cylinder (d=50mm / stroke=45mm) with 7 transfer ports and bridged exhaust port
- One-Ring Piston (12mm pin / d=50mm (Vertex)
- High-Compression Monobloc Cylinder Head
- Gasket Kit for mounting and for adjusting squish

With its 88cc, the "Xtreme" is the most powerful cylinder by Airsal. Falling into the "Hyper Racing" category, the value for money is pretty amazing as it is possible, with the right components, to get up to 25hp out of it! As it has very long port timings and considerable volume, we recommend a very large carburetor so you can unlock its full potential.

Just to give you some examples - our latest test runs on these kits yielded the following results:
With a 28mm carb and a Yasuni C30 exhaust => 21hp
With a 34mm carb and a 2Fast 86cc exhaust => 25hp

Note: you will have to use a compatible "Xtreme" crankshaft (45mm strike + 85mm conrod) with this Airsal 88cc Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" MBK Nitro / Aerox!
You will also have to work on your crankcase to make room for the "Xtreme" crankshaft and the cylinder base (d=55mm).
