This kit is perfect for anyone who wants to upgrade their classic SACHS motorcycle to 80cc at an excellent price/performance ratio.
The Athena Racing cylinder guarantees optimum performance from the very first start. The design of the racing cylinder in combination with the tuning reed valve included in the scope of delivery ensures strong torque at low engine speeds and a noticeable increase in power without compromising fuel consumption. In addition, the high-quality aluminum construction with Nicasil coating ensures durability and reliability.

- VERTEX piston with two piston rings
- Wide exhaust and high port timings for more power
- Including HC cylinder head to optimize engine performance
- Ready to install with all necessary gaskets and clips.
- Includes reed valve and 2 intake pipes - 1x for SHA 15-16mm carburetor and 1x for PHBG 17.5-21mm carburetor.
We also offer a version of this cylinder WITHOUT intake manifold.
Note: Not approved for road use.

This cylinder is compatible with SACHS 50CC models: BATAVUS, CITY, HERCULES PRIMA 5 , KARSTADT, OPTIMA, TORROT, RIXE, M1, M2, M3, M4, M5.
ATTENTION: The head and base gaskets included in the kit have been specially developed for ATHENA cylinders. If you remove and refit the cylinder, replace the gaskets with the original ATHENA gaskets.
