The Bidalot Cylinder Kit RF70WR Derbi Euro 2 is another milestone in high-end 2-stroke tuning, with CAD manufactured layout for optimum precision, improved cooling and very high durability.
The Nikasil-coated aluminium cylinder has 7 transfer ports and an exhaust supported by boost ports. Cylinder bore is 47.6mm. The cylinder head has a special coating and provides excellent cooling of the self-centering combustion chamber. The piston is made of a very heat-resistant aluminium-silicon alloy for extended service life.
Attention: this high-end tuning cylinder has to be run with other appropriate high-end tuning components; it has to be used with a reinforced racing crankshaft (with original conrod and stroke), a bigger carburetor (24mm) and a reinforced clutch.
The special exhaust flanges are mounted with 4 screws, but it is possible to use a 2-hole flange with 48mm hole spacing.
