Spanish manufacturer Barikit's racing department never stops developing innovative tuning products and is proud to introduce another gem: BRK Racing Cyinder Kit modular head 80cc Derbi Euro 3 / Euro 4 with two-piece cylinder head, an extremely powerful racing cylinder for newer Derbi mopeds. The cylinder is without any doubt a racing part and should be combined with other matching components.
This 80cc cylinder with 50mm bore is made of aluminum and comes with the famous patented self-lubricating Blauzaphir 1-ring piston and a matching bright blue cylinder head. This version comes with a two-piece modular head, but we also carry the version with monobloc cylinder head. The modular head provides better cooling and can help increase power by approx. 1PS when compared to the normal 80cc kit.
The cylinder provides excellent take-offs and acceleration and should be run with a larger carburetor (24mm) and a matching tuning exhaust. The original crankshaft should be replaced by a reinforced one to carry the extra power.
The cylinder comes with all gaskets and small parts needed for mounting.
