Stage6 Carburetor Dellorto PHBG 19
Dell'Orto carburetor from Stage6 for 50cc scooters, motorcycles and mopeds.
Whenever you increase performance, the original carburetor should be replaced with a larger one in order to optimally support the new setup and achieve better acceleration and higher top speed.
PHBG carburetor
PHBG carburetors are among the most popular tuning carburetors. The advantages are the compact design and a huge range of accessories. This universal carburetor with manual choke is compatible with many two-wheelers, including scooters, 50cc motorbikes, mopeds, vintage Vespas and other vehicles with 2-stroke engine.
You can use the manual choke either as a classic cable choke or with a choke button.
adjusting a 2-stroke carburetor
The main jet is size 85 and the pilot jet is size 50. Normally there is no need to replace these, as the carburetor runs very smoothly ex works. You can of course still order additional carburetor jets (D. 5mm) to adjust the carburetor setting optimally to the setup.
Note: To check whether the carburetor is set correctly, you should check the spark plug to prevent damage to the engine. The best way to do this is to watch our tutorial.
