Clutch holding tool by Buzzetti. It's two tools in one actually, the prominent studs fit into the holes of the clutch bell thus stopping the bell from turning, the wrench included opens the large nut of the clutch.
Sorry, but it's not possible to determine which nut size is used on which Minarelli engine, usually it's 41mm though. The 41mm works ok for the 39 too, but that's more of an emergency tip.
