Malossi offers two reinforced versions for Vespa PX engines - the V-One case with rotary valve intake and the VR-One with reed valve intake. The Malossi V-One with rotary valve intake can be used as a standard replacement and is the perfect choice for anyone looking for maximum versatility without additional modifications to their vehicle.
The housing comes complete with all the parts required for installation and is therefore suitable for both complete restorations and simple modifications. It is compatible with all original Piaggio components. The V-One allows the use of the original bearings and seals as well as a Dell'Orto SI 24-24 carburetor and the standard / rotary crankshaft with 57 mm stroke.
Extremely robust construction, best materials, stable connection of the halves, adapted transfer ports, improved flow dynamics, improved bearings, improved sealing.... As always, Malossi sets new standards.

- Reinforced crankcase: The Malossi VR-One is designed for high performance. Classic weak points were reinforced. Roller bearings instead of needle bearings increase the load bearing capacity. Innovative screw connection with M8 (instead of M7) screws for stronger and tighter connection of both halves.
- Rotary valve intake: The V-One offers a high-quality alternative to the original crankcase and ensures a robust and powerful engine.
- High-quality workmanship: Manufactured with high-precision CNC technology and a lightweight aluminum alloy for excellent mechanical strength.
- Easy installation: Installation is simple and requires no additional components. To improve the weaknesses of the traditional mounting system (bolt-nut), the nuts have been removed and threads have been added directly on the gearbox housing (left) and mounting points on the ignition housing (right), simplifying assembly and disassembly and minimizing the risk of bolt loss or damage.
