Racing crankshaft AM6 by Stage6
High-quality tuning crankshaft from Stage6: Stage6 HPC (for High Primary Compression) crankshaft for 50cc motorcycles with Minarelli AM6 engine. It was developed for tuned engines and is suitable for tuned setups up to high-performance racing cylinders.
Design Stage6 HPC crankshaft
The AM6 crankshaft with 44 mm stroke and 85 mm connecting rod was developed by Stage6 for the Stage6 Big Racing 86cc cylinder & Streetrace 86cc cylinder.
The high-quality crankshaft is made entirely of metal and the balance weights are made of light metal. This results in excellent balancing and stability even at very high engine speeds. The high-quality connecting rod is 14 mm wide (instead of the usual 12 mm) and offers equally high strength and reliability. Bearing wear is reduced and stability is improved even at very high speeds.
Thanks to its versatility, the Stage6 HPC crankshaft caanot only be used with the 86cc BigRacing and Streetrace cylinders, but is also compatible with other racing setups such as the Top Performances 86cc ALU, Italkit 94cc kit and many others.
We recommend using new crankshaft bearings, new gaskets and also the high-quality Stage6 gear oil.
Note: The crankcase must be milled open for the connecting rod to pass through. We recommend carrying out a blind assembly first so that you can clearly see the passage of the connecting rod.
