Crankshaft Stage6 HPC stroke 55mm / connecting rod 105mm for Piaggio / Gilera 125 - 180 cc 2-stroke, the perfect match for original and tuning cylinders, no matter if with only moderately or considerably enhanced performance. The Stage6 crankshaft meets any ambitious scooter owner's demands, especially in cases of engines with significantly increased performance.
The high-quality full-circle crankshaft has been lightened internally on the shoulder side; in combination with the copper counterbalance weights on the other side the crankshaft is perfectly balanced. The result: the engine runs smoothly over a wide range of applications and for all usages, whether for normal road us or for circuit and sprint racing. The crankshaft is equipped with a high-quality forged connecting rod with silver-forging finish to round off the high-quality design.
This version of the crankshaft has a 105mm connecting rod with a crank stroke of 55mm. By changing the stroke from 52 to 55mm, the engine displacement is increased from 175cc to 185cc, resulting in more torque and peak power over the entire rpm range. You will need a cylinder head spacer to adjust bore length and port timings. They are included to allow for easy plug & play installation.
The crankshaft is also available with 52mm stroke / 105mm connecting rod and with 55mm stroke / 110mm connecting rod.
We recommend installing new crankshaft bearings and oil seals (part number S6-8034101).
