Stage6 R/T high-end crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod
Stage6 R/T crankshaft for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal engine with flow-optimized design. Fits many 50cc scooter models such as Yamaha Aerox / Jog, Malaguti F12 / F15, Aprilia SR50, and many more.
Stage6 R/T tuning crankshaft
Meticulously balanced high-end racing shaft with light alloy counterweight inserts that can be used with all cylinders with original stroke / original connecting rod length.
The tuning crankshaft features precision manufacturing and adherence to exacting tolerances. The forged, CNC-machined connecting rod is extremely resistant and ensures maximum strength when used in racing engines, at the same time its design optimizes flow dynamics for enhanced performance.
The very precise balancing via lightweight metal inserts mitigates strong vibrations and ensures smooth running. The top-of-the-line crankshaft comes with a top quality small end bearing.
The crankpin measures 18mm instead of 16mm to increase durability.
Fitting the Stage6 R/T crankshaft Aerox
The Stage6 R/T crankshaft was developed as the perfect complement to the Stage6 R/T 70cc cylinder for Minarelli horizontal, but can of course also be used with other racing cylinders with 85mm connecting rod length.
You can also use a cylinder kit with 80mm original connecting rods, in which case a 5mm cylinder spacer must be used.
Plug & Play installation - the Stage6 R/T shaft can be installed without further modifications, without the need for complicated crankcase machining. We recommend using a set of new crankshaft bearings.
