Cylinder 65cc d.45mm Polini cast iron 50cc Yamaha Chappy

For the lucky owners of a classic Yamaha Chappy 50, Polini brings in a breath of fresh air and a good deal more power: Cylinder 65cc d.45mm Polini cast iron 50cc Yamaha Chappy.

The high quality cast iron cylinder comes with a 45mm 2-ring piston. 45mm -> just under 65ccm displacement, which results in much better torque than the original cylinder. The kit is also very reliable and durable and does not require any extra efforts for installation or maintenance.

The cylinder can be used with the original cylinder head. Acceleration and top speed are also increased with the original setup even without further tuning components. Power output is about 6 HP at 7100 rpm. Polini recommends the use of a B7HS spark plug and a reinforced small end bearing.

You can increase performance by using a tuning exhaust and a 19mm carburetor.
