The cylinder, which is made of high-quality aluminum and coated with a nickel-silicon (Nikasil) coating, offers outstanding durability and a smooth, resistant surface. The cylinder kit is designed for excellent performance in air-cooled engines. The kit features five optimized transfer ports that significantly increase mixture flow and combustion efficiency.

Athena 50cc cylinder - precise design for optimum performance

The 2-ring piston with flat, domed top fits perfectly with the original cylinder head and increases the engine's pre-compression. The piston has a modified piston skirt with opening to improve flushing and ensure efficient lateral lubrication.
