Made from high silicon aluminum alloy, the cylinder ensures precision and durability thanks to the latest CNC machining technology. The Nikasil coating on the cylinder liner ensures smooth piston sliding, less friction and minimal wear, resulting in consistent and long-lasting performance.

The 250 cc cylinder kit has an improved brass bushing for the exhaust valve shaft with threaded seat instead of the classic press fit for easy removal and a redesigned coolant hose which, unlike the original, is resistant to corrosion, simplifies maintenance and ensures optimum engine performance.
High-performance piston and seals
The lightweight, molybdenum disulphide-coated piston reduces friction and noise, improving engine efficiency. The scope of delivery also includes a complete set of gaskets that are resistant to oils, fuels and other fluids and seal perfectly under all conditions.
