The aluminum cylinder with 47.6mm bore offers maximum durability and efficiency. The cylinder has 7 transfer ports and a hard chromed VERTEX 1-ring piston, all designed for top performance. The cylinder is supplied without cylinder head , can be used with the original cylinder head from Honda.
honda px 50 big bore kit - Built to race
The aluminum cylinder has a Nicasil coating, which ensures high wear resistance and better piston sliding. It is intended exclusively for racing purposes and is not approved for use on public roads. For maximum performance, we recommend the use of a 19mm carburetor, a racing reed valve, a tuning variator and a racing exhaust.
70 Athena ALU components:
The kit includes cylinders, VERTEX piston, piston pin, circlips and gaskets specifically designed to fit Athena cylinders perfectly.
Note: It is important to use original ATHENA gaskets when disassembling or replacing the cylinder to ensure proper sealing and optimal performance.
