This high-performance kit from ATHENA is a rare and sought-after part for ZüNDAPP SUPER TERM, FAMEL and other models. The cylinder made of nicasil-coated aluminum and the RACING design with 4 transfer ports (also available in a version with 2 transfer ports ) offers outstanding performance.

CylinderKit 50 alu Zündapp in detail:

The kit includes a VERTEX piston with 1 piston ring and is designed to maximize engine performance through efficiency-optimizing layouts and ports. While it offers less torque and power than the 70cc version, the design reduces stress on the crankshaft while retaining the original 50cc displacement.

This cylinder is supplied without a cylinder head, but can easily be fitted with the original cylinder head. For optimum performance, the use of a carburetor between 17.5 and 21 mm and a sports exhaust is recommended.

Attention! The head and base gaskets supplied are specially designed for ATHENA cylinder kits. When reinstalling the cylinder, please replace the gaskets with the corresponding ATHENA replacement gaskets.
