TPR 100: Technology & Performance

The all-new TPR 100cc cylinder kit is engineered for pure performance. It brings together cutting-edge technology and the latest advancements in two-stroke tuning. One standout feature is the FL (Flange Mount) system, which replaces traditional continuous stud bolts with a spacer mount. This allows for a complete redesign of the transfer ports, resulting in a significant boost in power output.

The modular cylinder head, complete with a bright red water jacket, ensures optimal cooling—essential for keeping this 100cc powerhouse under control.

It also includes a reinforced 4-point exhaust flange for secure and stable exhaust mounting.

Attention: Not approved for road use - race track only!

Advantages of Flanged Mount Design

More and more manufacturers are turning to Flange Mount cylinders for a reason. Compared to conventional stud-mounted cylinders, FL designs offer several key advantages:

FL cylinders are fundamentally more stable and more precisely mounted. By eliminating the stud bolts, the cylinder is much better protected against torsional forces, and the cylinder head sits much more precisely due to the direct attachment to the cylinder.
For manufacturers, the elimination of stud bolts results in more space, which offers greater potential for optimizing the design of the transfer ports, which is particularly advantageous for exhaust port layout.

TPR 100cc cylinder - setup & installation

The 100cc FL cylinder fits exclusively on racing cases such as the Malossi RC-One / C-ONE, the TPR case for Piaggio, 8.1 Fireblade. You’ll also need a crankshaft with 47mm stroke and 98mm connecting rod.

To get the most out of this kit, pair it with a high-performance exhaust to match performance and adjust the carburetor settings.
