70cc sport cylinder Polini for Minarelli horizontal AC
Polini SPORT 70cc cylinder kit, horizontal Minarelli AC (MBK Ovetto / Yamaha Neo's / Yamaha Jog and other 50cc scooters), the cast iron version of the aluminum cylinder from Polini. One of the most popular entry-level tuning cylinders on the market.
Performance Polini 70cc cast iron cylinder
The Sport is a high-torque, durable cast iron cylinder with 2-ring pistons for everyday use, with good pull and acceleration, especially in the lower and medium RPM range. In terms of performance, it delivers around 9 hp with the appropriate configuration (17.5 mm carburetor and sports exhaust). The cylinder can be used with the original carburetor.
ATTENTION: You should fit a larger main jet (approx. 8-10% larger than the standard jet) and the cylinder head is designed for a spark plug with a long thread! Also note that you need a connecting rod with a 12 mm small end bearing.
