Stage6 developed the Streetrace line to be able to offer inexpensive and very durable 50cc sport cylinders. The cast iron cylinder with 5 transfer ports and single exhaust comes with a 2-ring piston and a HC cylinder head. Maintenance and adjustment are easy, and of course you will find all necessary spare parts in our shop.
Output is well above the stock cylinder: 6 - 8hp, that is 3 - 4hp more than the original! To exploit the full potential of this kit, we recommend combining it with a bigger carburetor, a tuning variator and a sports exhaust. Strong torque, good acceleration, increased top speed - it's all covered.
- Displacement = 50ccm, i.e. the cylinder is road legal.
- Squish clearance is pre-set, a cylinder base gasket is included.
- Run in: about 300km (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle).
- If you keep the oil pump, we recommend using Stage6 oil with optimized flow characteristics to avoid clogging up the pump.
