The digital speedometer cable, also called speed sensor is an essential element to measure the speed of your Derbi Senda, Gilera SMT, Aprilia SX or Yamaha DT motorcycle.
These motorcycles use a digital speedometer and need an electronic speed sensor to measure the rotation of the wheel and display the speed on a digital speedometer. If you are having problems reading the speed on your digital speedometer, it may indicate that the cable is broken or that your sensor is defective.
A speedo cable is very easy to replace and can be changed with basic tools.
please note: For Yamaha DT and MBK X-Limit, the original speed sensor does not have the same connection plug, so you will need to make a modification to fit it.
