The Stage6 Pro Replica series is the perfect choice for owners of scooters with Piaggio engine, who use their scooter for everyday riding and are looking for a powerful, robust and affordable exhaust with ECE homologation.
Exhaust design
The Stage6 Pro Replica MKII exhaust is 100% manufactured in Europe utilizing high quality materials and the most advanced production techniques. It is a classic exhaust made of hand-welded thin sheet metal cones. The high-quality heat-resistant paint guarantees a long service life.
Performance Pro Replica MK2
The completely reworked Stage6 Pro Replica MKII exhaust features some convincing improvements over its predecessor: torque sets in way earlier, followed by a significant power increase in the mid-range without losing torque in the upper rpm range. The result is a very easy to tune, powerful exhaust with a wide usable rpm range.
Output with Stage6 Streetrace Cast Iron Cylinder:
- We achieved 8.79 hp with a torque of 6.37 Nm in combination with a 50cc Stage6 Streetrace cast iron cylinder.
Output with original cylinder:
- We achieved 7.36 hp with a torque of 6.41 Nm in combination with a stock / OEM cylinder.

Note: For homologation reasons, the Stage6 Pro Replica MK2 exhausts are equipped with two restrictors. One restrictor is welded into the manifold, the second one sits in the silencer. Keep in mind that the removing the restrictors revokes the homologation!
