Upgrade for Stage6 R/T gearbox cover: The CNC-milled Stage6 R/T gearbox cover is now also available with a complete set of titanium bolts (6x Stage6 R/T titanium bolts).
Reinforced CNC-machined Stage6 R/T gearbox cover for 50cc scooters with Piaggio engine (after 2000), like Piaggio Zip, NRG, Liberty, Vespa Primavera / Sprint / ET2, Aprilia SR, Gilera Runner / TPH / Stalker and more – the ultimate cover for tuned Piaggio engines. Also compatible with Malossi C-One and RC-One, 2Fast Piaggio, 8.1 Fireblade, and TRP Factory cases.
Note: Plug & play installation with original gears on Piaggio 2-stroke engines from 1998 onward. For Piaggio 50cc 4-stroke engines, a 2-stroke gearbox from 1998 or newer is required.
Key Features Stage6 R/T gearbox Cover
- FKM O-Ring Seal: The biggest advantage of the Stage6 R/T gearbox cover is the Viton O-ring. The seal provides greater stability and optimizes the connection between the gearbox cover and the crankcase, significantly reducing distortion risks, especially in high-performance setups.
Solid CNC Machining: Made from solid billet aluminium for maximum structural strength and durability. Offers superior resilience compared to cast covers. Precision CNC machining ensures perfect fit and alignment.
High-Quality Bearings: Equipped with precision bearings to minimize wear and extend service life.
Additional Bearing on Secondary Shafts: Unlike stock covers, the R/T version features two bearings on the secondary shafts: a needle bearing for the wheel shaft and a bearing for the intermediate shaft. This reduces friction and improves efficiency, even on mildly tuned setups.
FKM Oil Seal: Durable orange oil seal ensures optimal sealing of the output shaft.
Additional Threaded Mounting Points: Extra mounting threads simplify removal and installation, ideal for maintenance or quick replacement.
Milled Grooves: Recesses around the oil seal area allow for easy and quick seal replacement.
