The Italkit racing ignition for Derbi Variant, Derbi Start and Start 3 50cc is designed exclusively for use in competition and on closed racetracks. It has no 12 V output and therefore does not supply power for electrical accessories such as headlights, on-board electronics or electric pumps. Perfect for racing and ambitious tuners!

This is an analogue internal rotor ignition with fixed ignition timing, which offers high performance and a perfect balance to minimize vibrations. This ignition is ideal for tuned setups and retains its stability up to 27,000 rpm.

• Wide speed range: Operation up to 27,000 rpm, ignition spark starting from as low as 400 rpm.
• Better response: Low rotor mass of only 350 g reduces the flywheel inertia allowing the engine to rev up faster.
• Crankshaft relief: Reduced stress on the crankshaft minimizes torsional oscillations / vibrations.
• Efficient cooling: Integrated fan on the rear of the rotor ensures optimum heat dissipation.
