Stage6, on their neverending quest for more power, designed a high-end intake system for supermotards / enduro bikes (with gearbox): Intake Kit High Flow PWK 34mm orange AM6 / Derbi. This is the kit for tuning fans who want to improve all relevant components of their bike. The kit is designed for 70cc - 90cc set-ups (Sport / Racing / High-End) and includes:

• Intake Manifold Stage6 R/T High Flow 34mm Venturi
• Reed Valve Spacer Stage6 R/T 10mm
• Reed Valve V-Force 4 Honda CR85
• Carburetor Stage6 R/T MK 2 PWK 34mm
• Air Filter Big Stage6 double-layer round white

This intake kit is ideal for tuning and racing. It is based on the simple idea that a slightly wedge-shaped spacer allows using a larger carburetor. Thanks to the tilted angle, the carburetor can be readjusted on the side of your vehicle and aligned in ways to make room for a large racing air filter. As shown in the picture, all the necessary components are included.

In terms of performance, the High Flow intake manifold has a few key advantages: gas flow is improved, and the option of a better, unobstructed air filter placement improves air intake. This results in stable, improved acceleration and generally better output.

We recommend buying a jet set for PWK so you can try with different sized jets to get optimum results.
