This pack allows upgrading the intake system of your two-wheeler in one go and improve its performance noticeably. The components fit together perfectly, so you don't have to worry about fitments, mount and you're ready to go.
Performance 28mm intake kit
The installation of a larger carburetor, in this case a PWK 28mm carburetor, is recommended for tuning projects of all kinds. PWK carburetors are tuning carburetors that are primarily intended for racing and therefore do not have a vacuum / oil port.
The carburetor is equipped with a fuel inlet, a chrome-plated flat slide, a powerjet, a large float chamber and a lever choke.
The intake kit with 28mm carburetor is generally suitable for 70 - 80 cc racing setups.
High-quality intake components for maximum performance
The performance of the carburetor is supported and optimized by other suitable add-on parts:
Motoforce Racing air filter 50mm: This pod air filter will optimize the air supply so the cylinder filling is better, so that your tuning cylinder develop its full potential.
MotoForce Racing intake manifold PWK: The MotoForce Racing intake manifold is made of hard rubber and has four elongated holes for perfect installation on Minarelli AM6 and Derbi engines. This vulcanized rubber is resistant to hydrocarbons and provides an excellent seal for the intake tract. A reinforcement is fitted to the back of the intake manifold to support the weight of the PWK carburetor.
Motoforce Racing Evo reed valve with 4 reed petals: This reed valve has been specially developed for plug & play installation in AM6 and Derbi engines, with no modifications required thanks to the use of slotted holes. The "V" design and the Venturi stuffer optimize cylinder filling and thus improve throttle response. Supplied with 2 paper gaskets.
