We have put together this package to save you time and headaches when tuning your intake system. This kit allows upgrading the intake system of your two-wheeler in one fell go and improve performance noticeably. The components fit together perfectly, so you don't have to worry about anything - just install the parts and you're done.
Carburetor 21 PWK
The installation of a larger carburetor, here 21mm, is recommended for tuning measures of all kinds (more displacement, sport or racing exhaust, etc.). The Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor with Powerjet improves the response of the engine and also provides optimum support for very powerful engines.
Note: As this is a racing product, the carburetor has no vacuum or oil port.
Stage6 28mm intake manifold Piaggio Peugeot
The HQ carburetor is complemented by the matching intake system. The high-quality FKM intake manifold plus CNC-milled spacer allows the carburetor to be mounted directly towards the rear wheel without the carburetor being too slanted and tending to overflow. Particular attention was paid to the design of the intake tract. The duct was not simply drilled straight through, but runs through the intake manifold and spacer in a flow-optimized curve.
Peugeot Stage6 Viton® diaphragm block
The Stage6 reed valve is the perfect addition for carburetors with a large diameter. The diaphragm block with two reed petals ensures a perfect seal and is supplied with two stuffers and 2 sets of reeds (carbon + fiber).
Stage6 Pod air filter
The intake kit naturally also includes the matching Stage6 Racing air filter (short) with outstanding filter performance and optimized flow rate. The sport air filter with 48mm connection is supplied here in red. This open air filter made of high-quality PU foam with an open cell structure ensures optimum filtration with maximum air flow. Fine dust and particles that could impair engine performance are reliably filtered out.
Also included is an HQ 5x9mm fuel hose from Stage6, made from high-quality, durable and slow-curing material.
