The experienced tuning experts at the Stage6 R&D workshop developed a new intake system that allows you to get the most out of your Minarelli AM6 or Derbi engine: Intake Manifold Stage6 R/T High Flow 34mm Venturi Derbi / AM6 (for PWK carburetors 30mm and larger).
The High Flow intake manifold is made of high quality aluminium, the flawless finish was achieved by using the most advanced CNC technology. The intake manifold is orange or black anodized and comes with the well-known Stage6 laser engraved logo.
The High Flow intake manifold is ideal for tuning and racing; it is slightly wedge-shaped to allow using a larger carburetor. Thanks to the tilted angle, the carburetor can be readjusted on the left side of your vehicle and aligned in ways to make room for a larger intake with a larger racing air filter.
This is not the only special feature of this intake manifold; it comes with a cone-shaped 32.5 to 30mm adapter ring; by creating a Ventri effect gas flow is accelerated.It fits perfectly onto the stuffer in your reed valve.
In terms of performance, the High Flow intake manifold has a few key advantages: gas flow is improved, and the option of a better, unobstructed air filter placement improves air intake. This results in stable, improved acceleration and generally better output.
For even more performance, we recommend combining the Stage6's inclined high flow intake with a 10mm spacer placed under the reed valve.
Attention!
The intake manifold is delivered without a rubber adapter for the carburetor, you can choose the right adapter depending on carburetor type and size:
- 21 mm for Dell'Orto carburetor
- 30 mm for Mikuni TM24
- 32 mm for PWK carburetor 19 to 28 mm
