Italkit 94cc Tuning Kit cylinder + crankshaft Minarelli AM6, high-end performance kit with complete tuning cylinder and HQ crankshaft. Tuning kits offer two main advantages - you can be 100% certain that all components will perfectly complement each other to achieve optimum results, and you can save some serious money compared to buying the parts separately.

The tuning pack contains:

• Cylinder Italkit aluminium 52mm => 94cc
• Crankshaft Italkit 44mm stroke
• 2x main bearings (without oil seals)
• Racing clutch springs, 1 set
• stud bolts, hardware, gaskets ...

This high-end 94cc racing kit will take performance to the next level; combined with the right components, you can easily reach 25 hp at the wheel. We recommend a larger carburetor (28mm), a reinforced clutch, an inner rotor ignition and a tuning exhaust (such as Voca, Yasuni SCR Corse etc.)

The 94cc aluminium cylinder comes with a 1-ring Vertex piston with 14mm pin, has 6 transfer ports and a large exhaust with boost ports. The head is modular, cooling properties are very impressive. The crankshaft comes with HQ Tungsten counterweights for optimal balancing, the pin is slightly bigger to be able to resist heavy loads. A silver small end bearing is included, also included are 2x main bearings for the larger 20mm journals.

Note: the crankcase has to be slightly opened to make room for this cylinder kit plus crankshaft, a detailed manual is included.
