Malossi Cylinder 66cc H2O Yamaha Aerox / Neo's 4-stroke Euro 4, aluminium tuning cylinder for vehicles with 50cc 4-stroke Minarelli engine (Yamaha Aerox and Neo's / MBK Nitro and Ovetto).
The top quality aluminium cylinder has a displacement of 66.3cc (44mm bore), with original stroke (43.6mm) and a compression ratio of 12.01. Like most aluminium cylinders, the bore is coated with a friction and wear reducing Nikasil liner. The piston is a high-quality model - light and reinforced, with excellent thermal properties.
Increasing the displacement of a 4-stroke engine will mostly be noticeable in higher torque and consequently better acceleration and take-off. It is the perfect choice for pilots who feel that their 4-stroke scooter is a little too "sluggish" and are looking for quicker response.
Note: the cylinder has to be used in combination with Malossi's Force Master CDI unit. Here's the guidelines issued by Malossi:
- Malossi 5518370 for Euro 4 engines (Yamaha Neo's / Aerox)
- Malossi 5518429 for Euro 2 engines (Yamaha Neo's / Aerox / Giggle / Zuma)
The cylinder comes with piston and gaskets, the cylinder head is not included, though, please re-use original head.
