Famous Big Bore kit by tuning expert Malossi: Malossi MHR Tuning Kit Testa Rossa 70cc with flange for Piaggio LC, the one with the red head (cylinder head cover).
The Testa Rossa is based on the MHR Team II, with 7 transfer ports, 1-ring piston and divided exhaust port. And Malossi came up with a very interesting and ingenious way of mounting the kit: a 'flange mount' that clears the exhaust passage and opens up more options for tuning / modifications / porting. Another strong point is the modified exhaust port design - a thin bridge, large exhaust surface. The cylinder head is divided (modular) and is topped by the eye-catching anodized red cylinder head cover. 70cc displacement and power galore - it can't get much better.
Because of the different mounting system the kit can only be mounted on Malossi C-One or RC-One crankcases. The flange is included and allows for mounting the cylinder without any bolts cutting through the cylinder.
