Malossi SPORT 70cc Cylinder Kit, Minarelli vertical (Yamaha BW's / Slider and more), cast iron cylinder by Malossi for everyday use.

Including:

- 70cc cast iron cylinder (47mm), with 6 transfer port and simple exhaust port
- 2-ring piston, 10mm piston pin
- high-compression cylinder head, aluminium
- gasket kit
- carbon reed petals 0,30mm

The cylinder was originally developed for Endurance racing and is perfectly suited for intensive everyday use, 7 / 8 hp are realistic, provided you have the right set-up (17.5mm carburetor, sport exhaust). Below you will find our recommendations for a perfect setup.

- Squish clearance is preset, a cylinder base gasket is included
- 300km run-in - (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle)
- If you keep the oil pump, we recommend using Stage6 oil with optimum flow characteristics to prevent the pump from clogging.
