The Mitas MC 25 100/80-17 (62S) tire features a special tread pattern which greatly reduces running noise. This tread pattern also promotes optimum water drainage. The rather soft rubber compound was selected to ensure optimum grip on both dry and wet roads. The MC 25 is therefore suitable for all weather conditions.

Mitas also promises a long service life for this tire. The MC 25 has been developed as a pure road tire, i.e. it has very good steering characteristics even when cornering and leaning. The manufacturer particularly emphasizes the minimization of the "shimmy effect", i.e. a reduction in the oscillation of the handlebars, which causes the rear tire to wobble. Thanks to this good balance, safety and riding comfort are significantly improved.
