Polini 80cc Cast Iron Cylinder Kit Sport MBK Booster / Stunt (Minarelli vertical) - an excellent everyday use cylinder for an excellent price.

The kit includes:

- Cast Iron Cylinder, d = 47mm, with 5 transfer ports and oval exhaust port
- 2-ring piston, 10mm piston pin
- high-compression cylinder head, aluminium
- Gasket Set for mounting
- Carbon Fiber Reed Petals, 0.35mm, 2x

Since it is made of cast iron and has a two-ring piston, it is ideally suited for intense everyday use, and is also known for its robustness and power, especially at mid to high rpm range. It can reach appr. 8hp when combined with the right set-up (17.5mm carburetor and sports exhaust).

- WITHOUT road approval
- Squish clearance is preset, a base gasket is included.
- Run in 300km (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle).
- If you keep the oil pump, we recomemnd using Stage6 oil with excellent flow characteristics to prevent the pump from clogging up.
