The individual parts are all designed to ensure maximum performance, smooth operation and excellent reliability.
Central component of the kit is the Hi-Speed CVT, a genuine technological masterpiece. Its stand-out feature is the internal lubrication system with two-in-built o-rings that reduces frictional power losses and increases reliability and life expectancy. A big internal pocket contains the grease, and a special spring allows for continuous lube distribution even under exreme conditions.
Running surface, angles and polished roller tracks were redesigned and optimized for increased acceleration and improved top speed. The variator sleeve is made from chromed nickel with DLC carbon treatment (used in racing and aircraft applications) to further reduce friction and abrasive wear.
The CVT comes with a reinforced torque spring and two matching sets of roller weights. The roller coating is a new mixture of nylon and aramidic fibers. In combination with the polished roller tracks friction is minimized which in turn leads to smoother shifting properties and better acceleration.
