The Italkit W-Force reed valve plus intake manifold optimizes the performance of 65cc or 50cc KTM moto bikes. Italkit's W-shaped 'Doble Prisma' system significantly optimizes the reed area and airflow.

Italkit W-Force Doble Prisma

The Doble Prisma reed valve is supplied with an intake manifold for 28 / 30 mm carburetors , ideal for tuned engines. The reed valve is supplied with an aluminum stuffer. The optimized tract improves the intake flow considerably. The 0.28 mm thick carbon plates are designed to provide excellent performance at high rpm without compromising low rpm response. The double-V system with 4 petals (2 inner and 2 outer) ensures more direct intake and less vibration.
