State-of-the-art Stage6 R/T Racing Crankshaft HPC for Piaggio engines, with 44mm stroke and 85mm connecting rod for 12 & 13mm piston pin.
HQ full-circle crankshaft for higher primary compression (HPC) with excellent balancing, with silver-plated thrust washers and TiN-coated 85mm forged connecting rod. It has a longer stroke than the original crankshaft (4mm longer). The kit includes 2 different small end bearings, for 12mm and 13mm piston pins.
Developed for use with 80cc/86cc cylinders such as Stage6 R/T. 2Fast 80cc and 86cc (with 90mm connecting rod) or Malossi Big Bore 86cc.
Note: the variator-side spline has a larger 16mm diameter; this means that the only variators that can be mounted with this crankshaft without any additional modifications are the Polini Evolution variators. You can also combine it with Malossi MHR GP variators, but you'll need a different ramp plate and sleeve (item no. M2512807B and M2312806B).
Attention: variator side journal has a 20mm diameter; Piaggio engines require a special oil seal, it is included in the kit!
