Stage6 Tuning Kit cylinder + crankshaft Streetrace 88cc stroke 45mm Derbi Euro 2

To get the maximum out of your 2-wheeler, we recommend to get a matching cylinder and crankshaft. We decided to put together a performance kit based on the popular Stage6 Streetrace cylinders for mopeds with gearbox: Stage6 Tuning Kit cylinder + crankshaft Streetrace 88cc stroke 45mm Derbi Euro 2. The powerful tuning kit includes:

• cast iron cylinder 88cc with 50mm bore, 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust port, 45mm stroke
• 2-ring piston complete with pin, rings and circlips, 50mm
• high compression cylinder head, monobloc, aluminium
• cylinder gaskets (head and base)
• Airsal X-Trem crankshaft, 45mm stroke, + small end bearing 12x16x16mm

The Streetrace cylinder series is a powerful cylinder built for everyday riding. The cast iron cylinder is extremely reliable and durable, so it is definitely suitable for intensive use. Acceleration is considerably better, and due to increased displacement top speed and the overall output are much improved.

The Airsal X-Trem is a high-end full circle crankshaft with 18mm crankpin and polished wear-resistant connecting rod.

The combination of Streetrace cylinder and Airsal crankshaft won't disappoint: in combination with an appropriate set-up (21mm carburetor, reinforced clutch, racing exhaust etc.) you can easily reach 20hp.
