The turn signal switch activates several SMDs located at the sides of the tail light. 

Attention - activating the indicator function means that the tail light will lose homologation which might be important in some countries!

Note: for the entire lighting on your scooter to work smoothly, all bulbs should be of the same type (LED); in case your vehicle was originally equipped with standard bulbs, a special LED flasher relay is necessary.
