The Italkit Racing Kit 96cc was developed for Derbi Euro 2 engines and is ideal for use on the race track. The high-end kit combines precision, performance and durability and offers state-of-the-art technical features.

Aluzylinder 96cc with nickel/silicon oxide coating, with 6 transfer ports and large 30mm outlet. Also included: cylinder head with high compression and optimized cooling and a 52mm graphite piston Ø52mm with 1mm chrome-plated piston ring.
racing crankshaft with 45 mm stroke:
The long-stroke crankshaft (44.90 mm) is made of high-quality steel, with a reinforced 90mm connecting rod, without a balance shaft. It can withstand up to 16,000 RPM and offers an actual displacement of 95.35 cc thanks to the long stroke. The racing shaft is characterized by a particularly low weight and maximum durability.

Setup recommendations for performance optimization
For maximum performance and to achieve up to 25 hp, this pack should be combined with a 26 to 28 mm carburetor, a suitable intake, a Selettra Italkit ignition with variable ignition timing, a large-volume racing exhaust and racing oil. The crankcase must be milled to make room for the cylinder/crankshaft.
