High performance kit for Minarelli AM6
The MVT Iron Pro Max 90cc engine kit for AM6 is a great combo for anyone looking to significantly improve the performance of their Minarelli AM6 engine (Aprilia, Beta, Fantic, HM, Husqvarna, Malaguti, MBK, Peugeot, Rieju, Sherco and Yamaha). This package contains the MVT Iron Pro Max 90 cast iron cylinder and an MVT SC crankshaft with 44.8mm stroke for 13mm piston pin.
MVT Iron pro Max 90cc cylinder:
The 90cc cast iron cylinder was developed for sporty everyday use and offers a perfect combination of performance and durability, with good acceleration and very good torque even at low revs. It has 7 transfer ports and a large exhaust and a 2-ring piston with 13mm piston pin. It comes with a high-compression aluminum cylinder head, which provides a great racing look thanks to its orange paint finish.
MVT SC crankshaft:
The MVT SC crankshaft is very robust and developed for high engine speeds. The full cheek shaft improves pre-compression. The balancing is extremely precise to reduce harmful vibrations in powerful engines. This crankshaft is equipped with a heavy-duty CNC connecting rod with 44.8mm stroke and 90 mm forged, polished steel connecting rod. The crankpin has a diameter of 18mm and the piston pin bearing is silver plated and designed for a 13mm piston pin, giving it greater strength compared to a 12mm crankshaft.
PROFi TIP: To get the best out of this kit, a 28 to 32mm carburetor and MVT SC exhaust is recommended.
