This top-of-the-range competition kit includes a long-stroke crankshaft and Hyper Racing 100cc cylinder, designed for riders seeking maximum performance on the track. ⇒ TPR Factory long-stroke crankshaft
The TPR Factory 100cc AM6 crankshaft features a 47 mm stroke and a 98 mm connecting rod, made from high-strength alloy steel and equipped with tungsten inserts to optimize balancing and convert power efficiently. The high-strength forged crankshaft offers maximum stability and withstands extreme stress. Needle cage 14 x 18 x 16.5 mm for 14 mm piston pins, 2 high-quality crankshaft bearings and seals are included.

The TPR 100cc cylinder has been developed for maximum performance. Its modular cylinder head with bright red jacket ensures optimum cooling and stable exhaust mounting thanks to the special 4-point flange. Installation requires modification of the original crankcase or use of the TPR Factory 100cc crankcase.
To get the most out of the kit, we recommend combining it with a matching tuning exhaust and adjusting the carburetor settings.
