Very nice looking and technically advanced water pump cover from Stage6 R/T for optimized cooling of 50cc motorcycles Rieju MRT, Beta RR, Yamaha DT 50, Fantic XM 50, Sherco 50 and many other models with Minarelli AM6 engine.
ADVANTAGES of STAGE6 R/T CNC WATER PUMP COVER
- Improved cooling: The inner contour optimized for an oversize impeller improves the cooling performance compared to the original AM6 cover.
- Improved appearance: The precision-machined CNC cover with attractive R/T logo is much more visually appealing than the cast OEM part.
The water pump cover can either be used with the Stage6 water pump (additionally or as a complete pack in the color of your choice) or with the original AM6 water pump , in this case, however, only as a visual upgrade.
INSTALLATION OF AM6 WATER PUMP COVER
Installing the Stage6 R/T water pump cover for Derbi is pretty easy: First drain the coolant by pulling the hose off the cover, then loosen the three screws on the water pump cover and clean the sealing surface. You should also check the condition of the water pump seal and replace it if necessary.
For installation, replace the water pump seal and fit the Stage6 R/T cover. Then fit the AM6 radiator hoses and bleed the cooling system. We recommend replacing the old coolant with new coolant.
