Intake manifold adapter for PHBG with 28mm flange
Schmitt intake manifold or carburetor flange / adapter. By using this adapter, you can fit modern PHBG carburetors with 28mm clamping flange to Simson mopeds with M531, M541 or M571 engines such as S50, S51, S53, S70, SR50, SR80, KR50/1, KR50/2 Schwalbe, Sperber, Habicht or Star.
Features of Schmitt intake manifold
Thanks to state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling, the Schmitt intake manifold has a perfect surface finish. The connection between carburetor and intake manifold is not only a perfect fit, but also completely barrier-free without edges, steps or joints, thus ensuring optimum flow.
The milled Venturi cone accelerates the fuel-air mixture, which leads to increased performance. The geometry of this Schmitt adapter is optimized so that the transition from the carburettor to the air filter heart box is linear without having the usual kinks in the intake sleeve.
