Technically speaking, the Polini 94cc Cylinder Kit Evolution 2010 MBK Nitro / Aerox is a Nikasil-plated aluminium cylinder with 6 transfer ports and a divided, bridged exhaust port (new shape). It comes with a top quality one-ring piston (d = 52mm, 13mm piston pin) and a special monobloc cylinder head.
This kit is the biggest cylinder kit for scooters available at the moment, with a 52mm piston and a 44mm stroke, it ends up having 94cc displacement giving it a lot of torque. The kit falls into the "Hyper Racing" category and can reach between 23 and 25hp, provided that it is combined with the right components (Polini exhaust "Evo 94cc" or Roost exhaust BE94 and a 28-34mm carburetor).
Note 1: The exhaust flange has a different angle than the original (Piaggio flat type) and can only be used with a Polini Big Evo 94cc exhaust (same series) or a Roost BE94 exhaust.
Note 2: This kit can only be mounted with crankshafts that have a 85mm connecting rod, 44mm stroke and a 13mm pin (small end bearing 13x17x17.7mm), and you'll have to mill in the crankcase to make room for crankshaft and cylinder base.
